  1. Boil the eggs, cool, peel, cut in half and remove the yolks in a separate bowl.
  2. Finely chop the onion.
  3. Melt the butter.
  4. Fry the onions in butter until golden brown.
  5. Chop the mushrooms finely.
  6. Add to the onion, continuing to fry, bring to readiness. In time it will take about 5 minutes.
  7. Grind the yolks with a fork.
  8. Add mushrooms to them.
  9. Salt to taste.
  10. Add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
  11. Fill the halves of the egg whites with the mixture.
  12. Top with mayonnaise.
  13. Decorate to your liking and serve.
