Festive keto pate

  1. Prepare the liver, cut into large pieces, chop the onion, garlic.
  2. Melt most of the oil in a frying pan, fry the onion. Then put bacon on the onion, fry for a few more minutes. Add pieces of liver and cook over low heat for 10 minutes on each side.
  3. Cool the fried liver, transfer to a blender bowl, add zest, garlic, herbs and chop well until smooth. Pour in some of the cream, beat again. Repeat until all the cream has been mixed. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the pate into a container or jar and top with melted butter. Cool the finished pate in the refrigerator. Bon Appetit!
