Fish casserole with rice is perfect for lunch or dinner for all family members. It can be offered to both children and adults, the sick and the elderly. Take any fish fillet, but fatter is better.

  1. Prepare fillets, cut into pieces.
  2. Fry onions and carrots with pieces of fish fillet for ten minutes. Add a little water, spices and simmer until tender.
  3. Rinse and boil the rice.
  4. Put the rice on the bottom of the mold, spread sour cream or mayonnaise on the rice.
  5. Place the fish on the rice.
  6. Place the rest of the rice and cheese on top of the fish.
  7. Bake for 15-0 minutes until golden brown. Bon Appetit!
