Flaxseed keto buns are great for burgers, sandwiches, and breakfast sandwiches. Flaxseed flour is rich in omega-3s and fiber, which helps to satisfy mild hunger, as well as improve the digestion process. These rolls can be cooked in the oven in less than 30 minutes.

  1. In a convenient bowl, combine dry ingredients: baking powder, salt, flour.
  2. Add eggs, oil, water, stir.
  3. Preheat oven to 180 C.
  4. Prepare a greased baking sheet or in a 6-well bun. Divide the dough into 6 pieces and fill the baking sheet / tins. This makes three servings (2 rolls per serving).
  5. Bake in the oven for 15-17 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick.
  6. Remove the finished buns from the oven, cool slightly, transfer to a flat dish or cooling rack.
