Fried beef brisket with cheese and sauerkraut

  3. Strain the sauerkraut and squeeze out as much liquid as possible. Spread the cabbage evenly over the skillet.
  4. Season the cabbage with mustard. Add the cheese slices and saute until the cheese is melted. If you're in a hurry, cover the pan with a lid to make the process go faster.
  5. Serve with mayonnaise and pickles.
