Fried eggs with potatoes, ham and corn

Scrambled eggs and fried potatoes are already delicious, and if you add a little ham, canned corn and herbs, then the mouth-watering aroma and taste of the dish will conquer anyone. Hearty, simple and tasty! Try it!

  1. Drain the canned corn.
  2. Peel the potatoes. Cut the potatoes and ham into small cubes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ham and stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes, until golden brown.
  4. Then add the chopped potatoes and fry for about 10-12 minutes, until tender.
  5. Add canned corn. Fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Slide the ham and sautéed vegetable mixture over the sides of the skillet and break the eggs into the free space. When the protein has set slightly, gently and evenly spread the mixture around the eggs in the skillet. Reduce heat slightly and cook for about 3-4 minutes more, until the yolks are cooked as desired.
  8. Chop the green onion finely. Turn off heat, sprinkle with chopped greens, eggs, potatoes, ham and corn.
  9. Colorful scrambled eggs with potatoes, ham and corn are ready to serve.
