Fried green beans with eggs

A healthy and vitamin-rich breakfast of green beans and eggs :)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the green beans and cut off the tails and ends.
  2. Boil for 5 minutes in boiling water.
  3. Drain the beans in a colander and rinse with 1 liter of water and 1 tbsp. l. vinegar to keep the beans from discoloring.
  4. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the beans for 3 minutes.
  5. Optionally, you can fry the pods in olive oil.
  6. Drive 2 eggs into the beans.
  7. Stir the beans with the egg, fry. Salt to taste.
  8. So the green beans with the egg are ready. Bon Appetit.
