  1. Mix mayonnaise and lemon juice. Set aside.
  2. Divide the salmon into portions. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Rinse and peel broccoli. Cut into small pieces.
  4. Fry the salmon over medium heat in half the butter for a few minutes on each side. Transfer from the pan and leave warm.
  5. Put the remaining butter in the same pan and fry the broccoli over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until slightly soft. Season with salt or pepper to taste.
  6. Serve the grilled salmon and broccoli, seasoned with a generous helping of lemon mayonnaise.
