A simple quick lunch. Rarely in any house there are no potatoes and eggs. Fried potatoes with egg are delicious and satisfying. It is also a gorgeous side dish for meat.

  1. Peel, wash, cut the potatoes into strips or half rings.
  2. Preheat a frying pan. Pour in vegetable oil. Lay out the potatoes. fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally until tender (about 15 minutes).
  3. Season with salt and pepper (optional), beat in chicken eggs.
  4. Fry, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are fully cooked (about 5 minutes).
  5. Fried potatoes with egg are ready. Serve hot with fresh or sour vegetables.
