Fried salmon with asparagus

Another magically delicious keto budo cooked in a pan. Salmon fillets, asparagus and butter turn into a wonderful dinner in just 15 minutes! Fine!

  1. Rinse the asparagus and trim the rough ends at the base of the stem.
  2. Melt a large piece of butter in a skillet.
  3. Saute the asparagus over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Use a wooden spoon to scoop the asparagus into one half of the skillet.
  4. Add butter to the pan (if necessary). And fry the salmon fillets for 2 minutes on each side. Stir the asparagus from time to time to keep it from burning. When the dish is almost done, reduce the heat.
  5. Season the fillets and serve with the remaining butter.
