Frittata with asparagus

In many countries, a traditional breakfast consists of a cup of coffee or tea and a tender milk omelet.

  1. To prepare this Italian dish, take 6 eggs and 50 g of milk, beat thoroughly, and combine with 150 g of grated cheese.
  2. Add salt and spices to taste.
  3. Melt 1 tbsp in a preheated pan. butter, add 200 g of boiled asparagus, and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  4. At the end of cooking, sprinkle with chopped green onions, pour the egg mixture and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes.
  5. Next, the frittata should be baked in a preheated oven to 180 C for 9-10 minutes.
