  8. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and mix it with oil, salt, pepper and oregano.
  9. Put the vegetables, herbs and cheese in a salad bowl, add the peeled olives, pour with the dressing and mix gently. Sprinkle with croutons and serve immediately!
