  2. Brush the cut with melted butter or vegetable oil and fry on a wire rack or grill pan. A minute on each side will be enough. If you don't have a grill or a special frying pan, the most common one will do.
  3. Whisk in the cream with the addition of the vanilla extract.
  4. Sprinkle the finished peaches with ground cinnamon. Serve with whipped cream.
