  1. Peel the onion and cut into large pieces. Rinse peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and chop coarsely.
  2. Cut the Halloumi cheese into large pieces.
  3. Place cheese, pepper and onion pieces on the skewer one at a time.
  4. Preheat the grill and add the appetizer. Sauté for 2 minutes, then turn over and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove the appetizer and serve immediately. Bon Appetit!
