Delicious salad with grilled tuna and homemade garlic dressing. A simple and quick dish that will surely delight you with its taste!

Ingredients

  1. Combine the ingredients for the garlic dressing, add the homemade mayonnaise, and set the dish aside.
  2. Place eggs in boiling water and cook for 7-10 minutes. Pour cold water over the eggs to make it easier to peel them later.
  3. Cut the asparagus along the stem and quickly fry in a hot skillet without adding butter. Set the skillet aside.
  4. Brush the tuna slices with olive oil and grill on each side for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Place eggs, peeled and cut in half, on a plate. Add leafy greens, asparagus, cherry tomatoes, thinly chopped onions and toss.
  6. Cut the tuna fillet into pieces and distribute evenly over the salad plate. Pour the garlic dressing over the dish and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
