This tender minced turkey soufflé with cheese is cooked in the oven and turns out to be very juicy, although the poultry meat itself is dry. The cheese in this recipe is more appropriate than ever, it gives the souffle a pleasant creamy flavor. By the way, soufflé is suitable for baby and diet food, if you exclude pepper and garlic from the ingredients.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the required ingredients.
  2. Turn on the oven to preheat to 170 degrees.
  3. Transfer the minced turkey to a bowl.
  4. Add breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, dried garlic and dried herbs to the minced meat (I used a mixture of Italian herbs). If you are cooking for a children's or dietary table, do not add pepper and garlic.
  5. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Add the yolks to the minced meat.
  6. Now mix the minced meat thoroughly.
  7. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  8. Send the cheese to the minced meat bowl.
  9. Stir.
  10. Beat the egg whites with a mixer until firm.
  11. Add the beaten egg whites to the minced meat bowl and mix gently again.
  12. Grease a baking dish (my dish is 18x15cm) with a little sunflower oil. Place the minced meat in a mold and smooth the surface.
  13. Bake the soufflé in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 25 minutes (be guided by the characteristics of your oven). Check the readiness with a knife or a toothpick - if the released juice is light, then the soufflé is ready.
  14. Cut the minced turkey soufflé with cheese into portions and serve.
  15. Bon Appetit!
