The yeast dough recipe that I propose is not at all complicated. Very simple baking - even a novice housewife can handle this dough. For its preparation, I usually use dry fast-acting yeast, with which I successfully make baked goods from yeast dough. Photo recipes will help you master the nuances.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, dry fast-acting yeast (read the recommendation on the package!), Sugar, salt and vanillin.
  2. Pour in warm milk or water.
  3. Knead the dough quickly. At the end of kneading, add vegetable oil so that the dough does not stick to your hands.
  4. Photo of the recipe: Homemade buns - step number 4
  5. Knead a little more, then leave the dough to rise. To do this, cover the bowl with the dough on top with cling film or a towel and put in a warm place without drafts.
  6. In an hour and a half, the volume of the dough will double.
  7. It is necessary to crumple it and leave it to rise again.
  8. This time the dough will rise faster, in about 30 minutes.
  9. Put the finished dough on the table, sprinkled with flour, and knead again.
  10. Then roll the dough into a tourniquet, cut it into pieces, and roll the pieces into balls.
  11. Roll out each bun in the form of an oval cake and sprinkle generously with sugar (about a teaspoon with top).
  12. (You can sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.)
  13. Fold the cake into a roll, sugar inside, then fold the roll in half.
  14. At the fold of the roll, make an incision, up to about half, while flattening the ends firmly.
  15. Then unfold the incision. The result is a bun in the shape of a "heart".
  16. Place the buns on a baking sheet covered with baking paper (grease the paper with oil).
  17. Leave the buns for proofing for 15 minutes, then brush with a beaten egg.
  18. Bake homemade buns in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
  19. Bon Appetit!
