  1. Peel the garlic and cut it in half, removing the core.
  2. Pour half the milk over the garlic and bring to a boil. Then drain the milk and fill the garlic with fresh milk. We put on low heat for 15 minutes.
  3. After that, drain the milk and knead the garlic.
  4. We peel the spruce and cut into cubes.
  5. We also cut into cubes and bell peppers, previously washed and peeled from seeds.
  6. We wash and cut the tomatoes into pieces.
  7. Lightly fry the unpeeled garlic clove. When a golden crust appears, clean it. Add chopped celery and peppers and fry over low heat. After that, add the chopped tomatoes, fill with broth, cook for 10 minutes. Grind the resulting mass in a blender until smooth.
  8. Add orange juice to the soup.
  9. Salt and pepper to taste and add crushed garlic. Tomato soup is ready!
