The sweet bombs for the keto diet are a delicious, quick meal that can help you increase the amount of fat in your diet. Bombs are great for dessert and snack. The bombs are reminiscent of chocolate dessert, so they help fight sugar cravings. This is especially important at the beginning of the keto diet, when the diet only changes.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and melted butter until smooth. The butter should completely melt so that no lumps remain.
  2. Add coconut oil, erythritol and vanilla and stir until smooth.
  3. Place the mixture over silicone tins or cupcake tins (these should be three-quarters full to fit the chocolate top). In total, you should get 12 bombs, about 30 grams each (together with the top layer).
  4. Smooth the top of the mixture with a teaspoon. Place in freezer for 20 minutes to harden the base slightly.
  5. In a bowl, combine melted coconut oil with erythritol and cocoa powder until smooth.
  6. Add the mixture over the top of the cream base and return to the freezer until solidified, about 3-4 hours.
