Keto Bread: Indian Naan Tortillas

Once I found this keto bread recipe, cooked it and fell in love. By the way, the recipe is without eggs. Perfect for those who fast or avoid eggs for any reason. ⠀

Ingredients

  1. Mix all dry ingredients
  2. Add melted butter and water to them. Stir with a spatula and let stand for about 10 minutes
  3. You will get a viscous dough, similar to plasticine.
  4. Moisten your hands with water and divide the dough into 5 parts with your hands (you get medium-sized cakes) or 10 (mini-cakes, it is more convenient to fry them)
  5. Make tortillas from these pieces and sauté in a greased skillet over medium heat. 3-4 minutes on each side
  6. Serve the finished cakes warm. I also highly recommend adding melted butter with dill and chopped garlic on top.
