Coconut bread is one of the best substitutes for wheat bread. This bread does not contain nuts, gluten, it has 20 times less carbohydrates. The recipe for this bread is quite simple and requires a simple set of ingredients: chicken eggs, butter, salt, baking powder, and xanthan gum.

  3. Add coconut flour, butter, salt, baking powder and xanthan gum and beat with a mixer or whisk until smooth. The mixture should be quite thick.
  4. Line a greased bread pan about 22 x 12 cm with parchment paper.
  5. Pour the dough into a mold. Level the top with a rubber spatula.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a wooden skewer or knife inserted into the center of the bread comes out dry.
  7. Remove the bread from the oven and transfer to a flat dish to cool.
