Recipe for a keto burrito filling with minced turkey, cauliflower rice and aromatic spices.

  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a deep skillet. Add the minced turkey to the skillet and saute until browned. Use a spatula to break up the lumps.
  2. Add onions and peppers to the skillet. Cook over medium heat until the turkey is browned and the vegetables are tender. It takes 5-7 minutes. Stir the minced meat from time to time. Add water, taco seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir.
  3. Place the cooked cauliflower rice in a bowl. Top with cooked minced meat, garnish with onions and sesame seeds.
