Keto candies made from butter, coconut and nuts are easy to make and great for dessert any time of the day. The ingredients in the candy contain the necessary fat to complement the keto menu. They are energetic and sweet enough to calm sugar cravings. Candy provides the body with energy due to its high fat content. They also help fight hunger between meals.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a convenient bowl or blender bowl, combine melted butter, almond flour, coconut and sweetener. The mixture should be sticky and able to roll into a ball. If the mixture doesn't stick together, add more butter or coconut if necessary.
  2. Scoop up a little of the mixture, smooth with your hands and add almonds or another selected nut to the middle, form a ball. Repeat this step with the remaining "dough", place the candy blanks on a baking sheet with parchment paper. There should be 12 balls. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  3. Add chocolate and butter to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 1 minute, stir. Heat for another 30 seconds, until ingredients are melted, stir until smooth.
  4. Pour chocolate over the candies and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
