Chocolate Nut Candies are a hearty and easy-to-make keto treat for lovers of nuts and chocolate. The candies made according to this recipe are in no way inferior in properties to keto bombs. They contain a lot of healthy fats, some protein, and very few carbs. They can be used as a supplement to the main diet.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place the erythritol chocolate chips (or erythritol chocolate chips) and coconut oil in a nonstick deep skillet and over low heat.
  2. Stir constantly until the ingredients are melted.
  3. Once the ingredients are melted, add the nuts and seeds to the skillet. Stir to combine the ingredients.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Using a cookie spoon or scoop, measure out about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and place more soft candies on the parchment. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt if desired.
  5. Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and let sit for one hour. After the candy is frozen, transfer it to a lidded container. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
