Keto Canned Fish Casserole

To make a keto fish casserole, you will need two cans of tuna in your own juice. The fish base adds healthy fats to the casserole and gives it the delicate fishy flavor. Canned salmon or pink salmon are also suitable for this dish. By using a variety of canned fish, you can prepare casseroles with new flavors each time.

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C.
  2. Grease a baking dish with cooking oil.
  3. Cut the broccoli into small pieces and place in a 20 x 20 baking dish (or equivalent).
  4. Drain the canned tuna. Add fish to baking dish, stir in broccoli.
  5. Heat butter in a deep skillet, add cream cheese, cream and mix.
  6. Then add chopped cheddar, garlic, Italian herbs, salt, pepper. Stir.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the mold with the rest of the ingredients, sprinkle with chopped mozzarella on top.
  8. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
