A casserole with cottage cheese and sour cream with a little coconut flour is great for breakfast. The dish is stored in the refrigerator for 2-4 days; you can serve the casserole hot and cold.

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
  2. In a bowl, combine one egg with salt, vanilla and sweetener. Then whisk lightly.
  3. Add coconut flour to a bowl and stir until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, one egg, and sweetener (to taste).
  5. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  6. Add the curd mixture to a baking dish and top with the sour cream and egg mixture.
  7. Place the dish in the oven for 25-30 minutes. When the top of the casserole is golden brown, the casserole is ready.
