  1. Set aside some Mozzarella to garnish, cut the tomatoes and bacon into halves.
  2. Parmesan and Mozzarella grate and melt in the microwave, or put in a baking bag, boil in boiling water until melted. Add Mascarpone cheese, it should not be cold.
  3. Pour almond flour into the cheese mass, beat the eggs and mix with the mass.
  4. Put the mixture in a baking dish, put cherry tomatoes, pieces of bacon and mozzarella in it, sprinkle with basil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Bon Appetit!
