Keto chicken and broccoli casserole

The broccoli and chicken casserole prepared according to this recipe is sugar- and starch-free.

Ingredients

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease a baking dish with half the coconut oil.
  2. Boil broccoli in boiling water or steam until almost cooked. Set broccoli aside.
  3. Melt the coconut oil in a skillet, lightly fry the chopped onion, season with salt, add the chopped mushrooms and sauté until tender over medium heat.
  4. Spread broccoli, mushrooms, onion, and chopped chicken evenly in a baking dish.
  5. Whisk the broth, coconut milk, eggs, nutmeg with a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour the mixture into a mold on top of the other ingredients.
  6. Place the piece in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes or until then. Check the casserole 10 minutes before the end. Decrease or lengthen the cooking time, if required.
  7. Remove the casserole from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes.
