Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease a baking dish with half the coconut oil.
Boil broccoli in boiling water or steam until almost cooked. Set broccoli aside.
Melt the coconut oil in a skillet, lightly fry the chopped onion, season with salt, add the chopped mushrooms and sauté until tender over medium heat.
Spread broccoli, mushrooms, onion, and chopped chicken evenly in a baking dish.
Whisk the broth, coconut milk, eggs, nutmeg with a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour the mixture into a mold on top of the other ingredients.
Place the piece in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes or until then. Check the casserole 10 minutes before the end. Decrease or lengthen the cooking time, if required.
Remove the casserole from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes.
