Chicken breast fillet with creamy sauce and spinach is a simple keto-approved dish that is cooked in one pan.
This dish goes well with low-carb side dishes: zucchini spaghetti, cauliflower rice, vegetable puree.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Preheat a skillet with olive oil, sauté the chicken over medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side. Remove the chicken from the stove.
  2. Heat some butter in a clean frying pan, add chopped onion, garlic, red pepper. Saute until the onions are tender.
  3. Then add some cream, cream cheese, chicken broth and sun-dried tomatoes. Simmer until thick.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and spinach. Simmer until the spinach is browned. The longer you cook the sauce, the thicker it will be. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the chicken directly to the skillet to warm up the meat.
  5. Serve as a separate dish, in vegetable puree or cauliflower rice.
