Recipe for a simple canned cod liver salad in oil. Before using the product, it is recommended to first drain off all excess oil, as it doesn’t work in a salad with mayonnaise. Otherwise, cod liver is excellent for a keto diet and fills the dish with healthy vitamins. Cod contains vitamins A and D. Canned foods made from fresh fish are especially rich in vitamins.

  1. Boil the eggs hard-boiled for 10 minutes, then cool in cold water.
  2. Drain off the excess oil from the canned cod liver. Place the cod liver in a salad bowl and mash with a fork.
  3. Grind the boiled eggs with a knife or grater and add the cod to the liver in a bowl.
  4. Add chopped red or green onions to the resulting mixture, season with mayonnaise, stir.
  5. When serving, the salad can be garnished with herbs, or laid out on a lettuce.
