This tender and hearty spinach cottage cheese casserole resembles spinach pie, but does not contain any flour. Soft curd texture The cake is designed for 6 servings (pieces).

  1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees C.
  2. Preheat a skillet, add oil, sauté chopped onions and garlic over medium heat.
  3. Squeeze out excess water from defrosted spinach. Better to squeeze the water straight from the spinach bag.
  4. Once the onion is translucent, add the spinach and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Remove skillet from heat and set aside.
  6. Combine the cottage cheese, egg whites, dry dill, and nuts together in a large bowl.
  7. Add spinach and onion mixture and stir until smooth.
  8. Cut the feta into small cubes and mix gently with the pie blank.
  9. Pour into a greased mold.
  10. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
  11. Serve the casserole hot or cold.
