An easy-to-prepare avocado keto dessert with three ingredients. A low-carb, gluten-free dessert made with ripe, soft avocado, powdered or liquid sweetener, and heavy cow's cream.

  1. Peel and seed the avocado. Place the avocado in a deep bowl and add the sweetener.
  2. Use a fork, vegetable grinder or blender to puree the avocado pulp. Add more sweetener if needed and stir.
  3. Once the avocado is mashed, add the cream and stir until smooth.
  4. Dessert is ready. You can serve it right away, or chill it in the refrigerator. Avocados darken on contact with air, so cover the dish with plastic wrap or a lid before refrigerating.
