  5. Add spinach and bacon and stir gently.
  6. Preheat the oven. When the edges of the frittata begin to set (after about 10 minutes), place the pan in the preheated oven.
  7. Frittata is ready when the middle is no longer runny and a brown or golden crust has formed around the edges.
