Chocolate Fudge with Nuts is one of the hearty chocolate desserts without unnecessary carbohydrates and sugar.

  1. Line a 20 x 10 cm baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add cream, sweetener and butter to the saucepan. Heat over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to slightly thicken the mixture.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate. Stir the chocolate until it melts.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared saucepan. Sprinkle with chopped nuts on top.
  5. Refrigerate the fudge overnight or for several hours until the mixture hardens. You can also cool the fudge at room temperature and place it in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
  6. Cut the fondant into 12 pieces and serve.
  7. The fondant can be refrigerated in a container with a lid, or at room temperature by wrapping each piece in wax paper and foil. The fondant is stored for 2-3 weeks.
