This latte variant can be made completely dairy-free, so the recipe is suitable for a vegetarian menu. Some latte ingredients are interchangeable: butter can be substituted for cocoa butter, and coconut cream for heavy cream made from cow's milk.

  1. Add hot, freshly made espresso, MCT butter, cream, sugar-free sweetener, and melted cocoa butter to a blender (to avoid lumps).
  2. Mix the ingredients for 30-45 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and turns light brown.
  3. Pour into a mug and set aside.
  4. Whisk the almond milk using a milk frother, mixer or blender. The milk should form a light froth within a minute. It is fashionable to warm up the milk a little before whipping.
  5. Pour hot frothed almond milk over the prepared coffee blend.
  6. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon on top.
  7. Serve warm.
