Keto Lava Cake is a low-carb, chocolate-flavored, portioned pie. The cake does not require any hard-to-find ingredients. For cooking, you will need cocoa powder, erythritol, butter, chicken eggs, baking powder and vanilla.

  1. Preheat oven to 175C. Prepare two 220-240 g molds and grease them with oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add cocoa powder, sweetener, and baking powder. Mix well. Then add eggs, butter and vanilla to the dry ingredients. Stir with a whisk until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly between 2 tins. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the edges of the pie are firm but the center is still soft. The softer the center, the more "lava" inside.
  4. Run a sharp knife between the edge of the tin and the cake to avoid sticking. Flip the tarts onto a plate. Serve with berries, sugar-free whipped cream, or keto ice cream.
