Keto lollipops with cheese and butter

The refreshing minty keto lollipops are sugar-free and help fight sugar cravings. Lollipops can be used instead of dessert and as a snack at any time of the day.

Ingredients

  1. Add all ingredients to mixing bowl.
  2. Using a hand mixer, mix the ingredients until smooth.
  3. Place bowl in refrigerator and chill lollipop blank for at least 2 hours
  4. Take out the piece and mold the dough into a large ball with your hands.
  5. Pinch off small pieces of "sweet dough" and roll them into balls. You can mold 24 balls (3 balls per serving).
  6. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Use a fork to flatten each ball into a flat candy. Sprinkle sugar sweetener on top, if desired.
  8. Place the candy pan in the refrigerator again for one hour.
  9. Peel off the parchment and place the mints in an airtight container. Store mints in the refrigerator or freezer.
