Ground chicken pizza is a hearty dish that can replace a full lunch or an early dinner. Pizza is low in carbohydrates and the amount of fat required for keto. You can supplement such a base with Salami sausage, sauce and your favorite seasonings. For example, this recipe uses Pepperoni, mushrooms and Parmesan cheese. They perfectly complement the taste of minced chicken and herbs.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine the minced meat with salt, pepper and herbs of your choice.
  2. Preheat a frying pan, add olive oil for frying. Place the minced meat in a skillet and form a round, even layer, similar to a pizza base.
  3. Fry over high heat until almost cooked.
  4. After the bottom of the base is baked and comes off easily from the pan, transfer it to a greased baking sheet or grill rack. If you use a regular baking sheet, fat and juice will build up around the pizza. Excess liquid can be drained off during cooking when the pizza is half done.
  5. Top the base with Pesto sauce, mushrooms, cheese, Pepperoni.
  6. Place the pizza in the oven at 200-250 C and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is covered with a golden brown crust. Serve hot.
