This is a simple keto omelette recipe to make for breakfast or dinner. One of the options for light meals that will help you switch from a regular menu to keto.

  1. Chop the cheese, fry the bacon slices in a preheated skillet, chop the green onions, beat the eggs lightly.
  2. Add eggs to a heated skillet with bacon fat, sprinkle with green onions, salt and pepper. Fry over medium heat.
  3. Once the edges of the omelet begin to solidify, add the bacon to the center and sauté for another 30 seconds. Then turn off the heat on the stove.
  4. Add cheese on top of the bacon. Then take the two edges of the omelet and fold them over with an envelope so that the cheese is inside. Press the edges with a spatula to melt the cheese inside and seal the envelope. Do the same with the other opposite edges.
  5. Flip the envelope over to keep the surface of the omelet warm.
  6. Serve warm and garnish with herbs.
