Delicate cream cheese pancakes can be made in just 20 minutes. Cream cheese is a keto-friendly product made with milk, cream, sourdough, and a few other additives. This cheese is high in fat and low in carbohydrates.

  1. Mix dry ingredients (cinnamon, baking powder, psyllium husk powder).
  2. In a blender, combine the dry mixture, egg, protein, cheese, a few drops of stevia, ghee. Stir with a blender until smooth. This may take a few minutes.
  3. Heat the frying pan over a fire, add oil for frying.
  4. Put the dough into the pan using a tablespoon.
  5. Fry the pancakes for 2 minutes on each side over medium heat.
  6. From the specified amount of ingredients, 3 medium pancakes or 6 small ones are obtained.
  7. Serve the pancakes warm, garnish with the remaining soft cheese and fresh berries (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries).
