Keto rolls with salmon (no rice)

Recipe for keto rolls with smoked salmon, cream cheese and fresh cucumber. The dish is free of cauliflower rice and complex sauces, making it fairly simple and quick to prepare.

  1. Place a large piece of plastic wrap on your work surface (you can also use a bamboo mat). Overlap the salmon slices so that you have a rectangle about 15 cm wide and 30 cm long, with the long side facing you.
  2. Spread the cream cheese over the top of the salmon, being careful not to knock out the salmon pieces. Place the cucumber along the long side of the rectangle, about 1.5 cm from the edge.
  3. Using plastic wrap, wrap the rolls. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to harden the rolls.
  4. Using a sharp knife, cut the roll into 16 slices 1.5 cm thick or 8 slices 3 cm thick.
