This wonder pan is a derivative of the classic ruvim sandwich. So get ready for a light, cheesy, spicy adventure, complemented by well-seasoned corned beef. Aromatic and very low in carbohydrates!

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add corned beef and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Drain the sauerkraut and squeeze out as much liquid as possible. Spread the mouthpieces evenly over the pan.
  4. Place small pieces of mustard in the sauerkraut. Add sliced cheese and heat until cheese melts. Cover the pan with a lid to speed up the process if you're in a rush.
  5. Serve with mayonnaise, pickled cucumber and, if necessary, with mustard.
