This is a simple chicken salad recipe for 6 servings. This salad can be included in the weekly menu, as the dish keeps well in the refrigerator for several days. You can simply mix all the ingredients except mayonnaise and add the dressing before serving. In this case, you can use a different sauces each time.

  1. Preheat oven to 230C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly salt the chicken breast and bake until tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. Remove cooked chicken breasts from oven and cool. After cooling, cut the chicken into small pieces for salad.
  4. In a bowl, combine chopped chicken, chopped celery, mayonnaise, mustard, and salt.
  5. Chill the salad before serving, garnish with herbs and pecans.
  6. When ready to serve, add fresh dill and finely chopped pecans.
