Keto salad with tuna and avocado

Not a fan of mayonnaise, but love tuna, avocado, red bell peppers and onions? How about mixing all of these ingredients and dressing with lime juice and olive oil? Just 15 minutes and you get a simple, quick and inexpensive dish!

  1. Drain the tuna. Place the fish in a plate and chop with a fork.
  2. Cut red bell pepper and red onion into slices.
  3. Quarter the cucumber lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut into slices.
  4. Divide the celery in half lengthways and cut into small cubes. Peel the avocado, remove the seeds and cut each fruit into eight pieces.
  5. Arrange all ingredients in layers on a large platter or on separate serving bowls.
  6. Add lime juice and olive oil to a small jar and shake thoroughly until smooth. Pour the resulting dressing over the salad and season with salt and pepper to taste.
