Keto salmon in coconut flakes with Chinese cabbage

Everything about this dish is great. Salmon covered with tender coconut flakes, Chinese cabbage saturated with butter. Hungry over and over again.

  1. Cut the salmon into cubes about 2.5x2.5 cm. Drizzle with olive oil or coconut oil.
  2. Combine coconut, salt, turmeric and onion powder in a bowl. Thoroughly roll the salmon slices into the mixture.
  3. Fry the salmon over medium heat until golden brown. Leave warm while you cook the cabbage.
  4. Cut the cabbage into large slices and caramelize in butter. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  5. Melt the remaining butter. Serve the salmon with kale, ghee and a couple of slices of fresh lemon.
