Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, add bacon. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove bacon from skillet and set aside.
Chop the garlic and onion, place in a pan with bacon fat, fry until the onion is transparent.
Cut the mushrooms in half and add to the pan. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fry until mushrooms are lightly browned and tender.
Add cream cheese, parmesan, mustard, cream and broth. Stir well and bring to a boil. Simmer until a thick, creamy sauce is obtained and the mushrooms are completely cooked.
Chop cooked bacon over mushrooms and sprinkle with fresh garlic and herbs before serving.
