This casserole is one of the options for a delicious warming keto dinner. The casserole is made from ground beef with spicy tacos, jalapeno peppers and aromatic cheese.
Serve the casserole as a separate dish with keto tortilla or pita bread.

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C. Heat oil in a skillet with high sides. Add the onion and sauté for 2 minutes. over medium heat until soft.
  2. Add ground beef, salt and pepper. Saute, crushing the meat with a wooden spoon until it turns pink, 5-7 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with tacos and jalapenos. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the spices are lightly toasted, 1 minute. Drain and let cool slightly.
  4. In a bowl, beat the eggs lightly, then add the meat mixture.
  5. Place the mixture in an even layer on the bottom of a 2 liter baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Bake until tender, 20-25 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley before serving, add sour cream or jalapenos to taste.
