Keto tuna salad (no mayonnaise)

A high protein salad can satisfy mild hunger and energize when needed.

  1. Use a blender to blend the basil, avocado, garlic, sea salt, lemon juice and oil until smooth. You can also chop the ingredients by hand, if you first chop finely with a knife, and then knead with a fork. Add salt and pepper to this mixture to taste.
  2. Add chopped celery, red onion, and canned tuna to a blender. Mix until smooth.
  3. Then combine all the crushed ingredients and stir with a spoon.
  4. The dish can be served on its own, with bread, or with a green lettuce.
