Keto Tuna Salad with Poached Eggs

This wonderful canned tuna dish with poached eggs is an example of a classic keto salad. Prepare it in advance and serve, garnished with fresh herbs.

  1. Place the canned tuna slices in a bowl and drain the oil. Then add the other ingredients for the salad, with the exception of cherry tomatoes and lettuce.
  2. This salad can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator for several days.
  3. Pour water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Add salt and vinegar. Stir in the water with a spoon and create a vortex-like funnel. Crack the egg into the water near the side of the pot. Cook one egg at a time.
  4. Boil the egg for 3 minutes, then remove it from the water using a slotted spoon.
  5. Serve the salad and poached eggs with the fresh herbs you prefer and a few tomatoes drizzled with olive oil.
