Ruddy and mouth-watering waffles made from coconut flour are a great dessert, breakfast or just an excuse to gather your family and friends at one table. They are prepared very easily and eaten quickly!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the indicated ingredients. If you have a large family, increase your ingredient ration.
  2. Beat the chicken egg into the bowl of a food processor or into a deep container if you use a mixer. Add granulated sugar and salt. Whisk for 3-4 minutes until whitening.
  3. Pour high-quality olive oil into the mass, which you can replace with ghee butter if desired.
  4. Stir and add vinegar quenched baking soda. Instead of soda, it is permissible to use 0.5 tsp. baking powder.
  5. Add flour and knead to a tight dough. It should look like a stretching caramel. If the dough is thinner, it will come out of the waffle iron!
  6. Heat the waffle iron vigorously and grease the panels the first time with oil. Spread out about 1.5 tablespoons. dough in the middle and press down. Bake for about 2-3 minutes depending on the power of your waffle iron. You can also bake waffles in a Soviet waffle iron - don't forget to grease its panels!
  7. Serve ready-made keto waffles. Hot they will be soft, as they cool down - they will become crispy and brittle. Don't forget about chocolate topping, jam or cream.
